Booking vacations on FindAGolfResort.com is very easy and requires just a few steps.
Step 1: Vacation Request Form
Clicking the "Request Info" button leads you directly to the Vacation Request Form. This page contains all of the details of the vacation package including the dates, price, Terms & Restrictions and Cancellation Policy of the package. Once this form is submitted, you will receive an email from FindAGolfResort.com which includes the details of your request.
If you prefer, you may call us to place your reservation by phone at 1.866.857.5476, at any time.
Step 2: Reservation Availability Confirmation
Once you submit the Vacation Request Form or call us by phone, we will contact the resort on your behalf to confirm availability for the special package. If the exact dates of the package are no longer available or if you requested additional guests/nights/special arrangements, our agent will work these out directly with the resort.
Step 3: Customer Contact & Payment Informtion
As soon as available dates are obtained and any price adjustments are calculated due to special requests, one of our agents will contact you to collect your payment information. FindAGolfResort.com does not charge any reservation or processing fee, there are no hidden charges!
Step 4: Reservation Confirmation
Our reservation agent will at this time book your reservation with the resort. A final confirmation with your vacation itinerary will be sent to you by email.
From this point on, all future transactions for payment of the vacation package will be handled directly between you and the golf resort, such as advance deposits and the remaining payment for the package. Likewise, any applicable taxes and gratuities are also handled directly between you and the resort.
